Hi, I’m Judine—

—a registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, and the founder of Ardenwell Integrative Psychotherapy. I believe that sometimes, we all need a space where we can be honest about what we’re carrying without feeling judged, rushed, or misunderstood.

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that you are more than the challenges you are facing. I’m here to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, navigate life’s difficult moments, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked along the way.

Therapy doesn’t have to be about having all the answers. Sometimes, it’s simply about having the right person beside you as you find your way forward.

Judine Campbell-Stevenson is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with a Master of Social Work and experience supporting individuals navigating complex mental health concerns, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions. She is also the Founder & Psychotherapist, Ardenwell Integrative Psychotherapy. Her clinical experience includes working within complex general psychiatry at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences, where she developed a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health and the ways psychological, relational, social, and life experiences can intersect.

“Meaningful therapy begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood”

This experience continues to inform her compassionate, thoughtful, and person-centred approach to psychotherapy. Judine believes that meaningful therapy begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Her approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on evidence-informed therapeutic practices to create care that is responsive to each person's unique experiences, needs, values, and goals. She works collaboratively with clients to explore the patterns that may be keeping them stuck, strengthen self-understanding, and support them in building healthier relationships with themselves and others.

At the heart of Judine's work is the belief that healing is not about becoming someone different—it is about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been lost, silenced, or shaped by experiences beyond your control. Through Ardenwell Integrative Psychotherapy, Judine offers a culturally humble and compassionate space where clients can slow down, reflect, heal, and move toward a more grounded and authentic life. You do not have to navigate your healing journey alone.
